I'd love for you to share more about what you love to eat- what does a day of food look like for kathleen? how have you been able to hit RDA's- what areas needed extra fine tuning for you, any challenges or hurdles you're proud to have crossed over? I'd love to hear more about your personal food journey and details about what you love to eat and maybe a few recipes you've found to be staples in your kitchen. Deets! Thank you!

I would also be interested to your thoughts about inflammatory conditions (spondylitis etc) and whether coming out of an LEA, food choices, other biophysics could be applied for improvement/resolution

You spoke once about hyperpigmentation when you did the Minnesota Starvation podcast. I can't remember what you called it but I would like to hear more. I have been struggling with melasma on my arms and shouldera, my face seems to be clearing. I assume it is from being post menopausal but maybe it is what you talked about. Also thanks for sharing your personal story. It gives me hope!❤️💐

I would love to hear about how to manage various symptoms that arise in a reverse diet, for example digestive symptoms that arise from increasing food intake with underlying GI issues. Do you need to stop increasing until sorted out, or can you continue to build while troubleshooting? If supplements like HCL are added to help, how can dependency be avoided?

Also, more stories/examples of reverse diets and fat loss phases with individual nuance similar to what Sarah, Ashley and Tyler have shared would be interesting!
